Step-by-Step Instructions for Vegan Totchos
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Gather your baking dish and toppings while the oven is heating.
  2. Spread frozen tater tots in a 9x13 baking dish in a single layer. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Remove the tater tots and layer with black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, salsa, and vegan cheese sauce.
  4. Return the loaded dish to the oven and bake for an additional 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted.
  5. Remove from the oven and top with diced avocado, green onions, cilantro, and any remaining cheese sauce.
