Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a small jar, combine olive oil, maple syrup, white wine vinegar, dijon mustard, and a pinch of garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds until emulsified. Set aside.
  2. In a large salad bowl, add mixed baby greens, sliced honeycrisp apples, dried cranberries, and raw pecans. Crumble gorgonzola cheese on top.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and gently toss the salad for about 1-2 minutes until everything is coated.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed. Mix again.
  5. Transfer the tossed salad to a serving platter and enjoy fresh.
