- In a small jar, combine olive oil, maple syrup, white wine vinegar, dijon mustard, and a pinch of garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds until emulsified. Set aside.
- In a large salad bowl, add mixed baby greens, sliced honeycrisp apples, dried cranberries, and raw pecans. Crumble gorgonzola cheese on top.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and gently toss the salad for about 1-2 minutes until everything is coated.
