- Melt the White Chocolate in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
- Mix together cream cheese, orange zest, orange extract, vanilla extract, powdered sugar, and salt until fluffy.
- Combine melted chocolate with the cream cheese mixture, stirring gently until smooth.
- Chill mixture for at least 1 hour until firm.
- Scoop and roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on parchment-lined tray.
- If desired, dip truffles in melted chocolate or roll in orange sanding sugar, then chill again for 30 minutes.
