Ingredients
  

Truffle Mixture
  • 8 oz White Chocolate Use high-quality for best results.
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Should be softened.
  • 1 Tbsp Orange Zest Freshly grated.
  • 1 tsp Orange Extract Can substitute with lemon or raspberry.
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
Optional Garnish
  • 2 Tbsp Orange Sanding Sugar
  • 4 oz Melted White Chocolate For dipping.

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Melt the White Chocolate in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
  2. Mix together cream cheese, orange zest, orange extract, vanilla extract, powdered sugar, and salt until fluffy.
  3. Combine melted chocolate with the cream cheese mixture, stirring gently until smooth.
  4. Chill mixture for at least 1 hour until firm.
  5. Scoop and roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on parchment-lined tray.
  6. If desired, dip truffles in melted chocolate or roll in orange sanding sugar, then chill again for 30 minutes.
  7. Serve and enjoy your delicious truffles.
