Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Combine soy sauce, olive oil, and hot sauce in a shallow dish to create the marinade. Add steak strips, coat well, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  2. Wash and cut broccoli into florets. Blanch in boiling water for 1-2 minutes until vibrant green, then transfer to ice water.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil and butter. Sear the marinated steak strips for 1-2 minutes on each side until browned. Remove and keep warm.
  4. Lower heat in the skillet and melt the remaining butter. Add minced garlic, lemon juice, beef broth, and reserved marinade; simmer gently.
  5. Add blanched broccoli to the skillet; toss in the sauce and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Return steak to the skillet, mix with broccoli and sauce, heat through for another minute, and serve garnished with parsley.
