  • 8 ounces penne pasta cooked al dente
  • 2 cups broccoli fresh or frozen, chopped

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for sautéing

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the penne pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and return to pot.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet, add chopped chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned. Stir in broccoli and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add Alfredo sauce to the skillet and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Combine the cooked penne with the sauce mixture, stirring until the pasta is coated evenly.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and pack it evenly.
  7. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
  9. Allow the casserole to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
