- In a large mixing bowl, combine raw sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds, and psyllium husk. Stir in water and sprinkle with salt and dried rosemary. Let the mixture sit for 20 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 300ºF (150ºC) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet, aiming for a thickness of about 1/5 to 1/6 inch.
- Bake for 1 hour, checking for a golden-brown color and crispy texture. Add an additional 10 minutes if necessary.
- Remove from the oven halfway to cut into desired shapes (optional) then return to finish baking.
- Allow to cool completely, then break apart and store in an airtight container.
