  4. Pour the spice mixture over the prepared nuts and mix to evenly coat.
  5. Transfer the coated nuts onto the lined baking sheet, spreading them into an even layer.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 30-45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes to ensure even cooking.
