Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Sift in flour, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt. Fold gently until no dry flour is visible.

  5. Fill each muffin cup about three-quarters full with the batter.
  6. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until tops are golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
