Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare your glass by wetting the rim with a lime wedge and dip it into coarsely ground sea salt.
  2. Blend seedless watermelon cubes until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh strainer to make fresh watermelon juice.
  3. In a cocktail shaker, fill it halfway with ice. Add tequila, lime juice, watermelon juice, jalapeño slices, and agave nectar.
  4. Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for 15 to 30 seconds.
  5. Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass and garnish with a watermelon wedge and optional jalapeño slices.
  6. For a pitcher, combine 2 cups tequila, 1 cup lime juice, 2 cups watermelon juice, and 1-2 sliced jalapeños in a large pitcher filled with ice. Stir and serve.
