Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the cabbage into 1-inch thick rounds and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over the cabbage and season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Roast for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through until golden and crispy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with Worcestershire sauce (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into four equal patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add butter or olive oil. Sear the beef patties for about 3-4 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until fully cooked.
- Remove the cabbage from the oven. Place a slice of cheddar cheese atop each cabbage round and return to the oven for 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Assemble the burgers by placing the beef patties on top of the cheesy cabbage rounds and add your favorite toppings.

Notes
Make sure cabbage rounds are at least 1-inch thick. Flip halfway through roasting for crispy texture.
