Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, eggs, garlic, salt, pepper, onion, and stuffing mix. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form uniform meatballs from the mixture, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
  4. Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear meatballs for 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Return the meatballs to the skillet, add chicken broth and thyme, and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Transfer skillet to oven and bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Remove meatballs and keep warm. To make gravy, whisk flour into the cooking liquid over medium heat until smooth.
  8. Bring gravy to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
