  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
For Garnish (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds for texture and appeal
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro or Green Onions for freshness

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, toss the fresh broccoli florets with olive oil, sweet chili sauce, minced garlic, and sesame oil.
  4. Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly over the seasoned broccoli and gently toss.
  5. Spread the seasoned broccoli evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Roast the broccoli for about 15-20 minutes.
  7. At the halfway mark, stir the broccoli.
  8. Once out of the oven, sprinkle sesame seeds and add fresh cilantro or chopped green onions.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy.
