  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg Use based on your taste preference.

Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Tropical Smoothie
  1. Prepare the Ginger: Peel and grate fresh ginger, set aside.
  2. Combine the Ingredients: In a blender, combine mixed berries, chopped pineapple, pineapple juice, and orange juice. Add Greek yogurt, honey or sugar if desired, vanilla extract, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg.
  3. Blend the Mixture: Blend on high for about 30-60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  4. Check the Consistency: Add more pineapple or orange juice if the smoothie is too thick, then blend again for 15 seconds.
