  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme Alternatives include oregano or Italian seasoning.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Kosher salt or sea salt are great choices.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper Freshly ground black pepper preferred.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rinse the cauliflower under cool water and pat dry.
  3. Place the cauliflower stem side up in a Dutch oven or baking dish.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, grated parmesan, melted butter, garlic, smoked paprika, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined.
  5. Brush half of the seasoning mixture under the cauliflower.
  6. Carefully flip the cauliflower and brush the remaining seasoning on top and sides.
  7. Cover the Dutch oven or baking dish and bake for 30 minutes. Then raise the oven temperature to 425°F (220°C) and continue baking for another 15 minutes.
  8. Allow the cauliflower to cool slightly before transferring it to a cutting board and slicing into wedges.
